Thermal inlet manifold spacers
hi all. Has anyone on here have any experience with thermal inlet spacers?
Seems to be an awful lot for sale but no tests to prove any benefit.
Is there any point?

Ok. Was just having a nosey on eBay and seen them.
On a quick search they're supposed to lower inlet temperature which can't be bad but I'm thinking that the heads will be hotter as they can't spread the heat.
Have you used them?

I was also thinking about these. I'm debating going for a Samco turbo intake hose, and from what I've read the easiest (or the least painful and frustrating) way to fit the silicone hose is to lift off the inlet manifold. Since I'd have it off anyway, it wouldn't be much extra work to fit them. I'm just wondering if they would make any noticeable difference.
