Default Anyone running Yoko Parada Spec 2 tyres?

Anyone running Yokohama Parada spec 2 225/40/18 tyres?

I've got 4 matching that were on the car when I bought it. Loads of tread left (6mm+) and look nice but what do people think of them? Noisy?

At 60mph + I seem to have a high pitch road whine (not the wife!) which I think is probably the tyres as there is a lot of surface rubber-to-road contact. Either that or I have a wheel bearing on the way out but it's only done 34K and it doesn't seem to come from just one corner. Seems hard to pin point so I'm thinking tyres?

(My wifes Kuga made a right racket when the original Goodyear tyres got down to about 3mm).

Sure it's not diff and with new oil and 34K, anything else?

I had them on my old sti.
Pretty good once warmed up.
Can't say I noticed any more or less noise than previous tyres

Cheers for that, good to hear other experiences with them. Reasonable price compared to potentza's etc eh.

Had a few sets of these now and not noticed any real noise difference to other brands. Great in the dry when warm, terrible in the wet buy equally as fun in the wet!
