Default Tapping noise :(

I've got a noise from the OS head area.
I've just put my heads on 2nd hand bottom end, Sounds like a loose tappet but I know they're shims and it sounded ok before, I've had a screw driver to my ear and listened all around.
The only thing I can see is the inlet cam pulley looks a little wobbly.

Have you rechecked the spark plugs? Maybe a loose one?
Did you check valve clearance after you put the heads back on?

Spark plugs are fine, no didn't check the clearances but they were fine on the other engine.
The noise started only when I rev-ed it quickly, If I slowly brought the revs up the engine sounded nice but now it's tapping most of the time, I've also got high oil pressure (100psi) that was warming up, i didn't get to full temp because of the noise

What version car? What bottom end?
Did you use new gaskets for inlet manifold etc?
Have you rechecked the inlet and exhaust manifold are tight and not blowing?

It's a ver4sti with a v7 bottom end, new exhaust gaskets. I haven't rechecked the manifolds, maybe I should? Could an exhaust blow sound like a tapping?
It sounds worse in the video than standing next to it.

I'll have alook tomorrow, wouldn't of thought it was the inlet as it's not running fast like an air leak. I'll check the exhaust manifold.
