hi i have 93 jap wrx i have pipe off i think it from over flow coolant tank , theo not sure it on nearside front, next to the wing there small tank,, top pipe run to coolant tank ,then theres a pipe that goes into wing ,and bottom pipe is my problem it seem shot on my car might be cut i looked all over engine cant find where it goes i got no water comming so no idea , i add picture , can anyone help

 

sort it out some put pipes on back to front ,
