Default Only left fan cutting in

Just wanted to check on my 2002 WRX Wagon only the left fan as you sit in it is cutting in. I tried turning on the air con and still only the left fan span. I checked and the right fan is not stuck.
Should both fans cut in?
Any advice would be welcome!
Thanks
Lloyd

I asked this a couple of weeks ago, after replacing my radiator; I was told the fans can come on sequentially, and at different speeds, so at this time of year you need to be quite hot to get both on; this was on an 05 wagon. Turned out mine really wasn`t coming on.....I hadn`t pushed the plugs together when refitting !!!! DOH
You can check the fuses and the plug, but I think you are all good there.

The other fan usually only comes on with aircon switched on and temps get high
