Cam Belt is due so that will be the next job on the list. Is there anything else I should be getting the garage to do? And is it best to do tensioners with the belt.
I read that water pump could be easily done also but some people are saying water pump would never fail? So should it be done or not. And why do some people put modified oil pumps in?

At that mileage and age I would change everything out for piece of mind. You can get all you need from Import car parts for a great price then pay the labour charge. Where in Scotland are you

I was looking at getting the rcm timing belt kit on scoobyworx site, they also do the rcm water pump, or should I be sticking to OEM one
Oil pump is expensive, is it something that really needs to be done?

My opinion is the oil pump should be fine, don't know anything about those kits from RCM. You could find out if they use Koyo bearings or not and Its your choice to go for a cheaper Dayco belt or upgrade to a Gates. I purchase my stuff from Import Car Parts and they do oe for spurious parts prices. You can get a Aisin Japan water pump and they are supposed to be the Oe makers for allot of car companies at under £50. This really is down to budget and personal choice at the end of the day!

For peace of mind. id , at least, check the screws on the rear of the oil pump. If thet come loose , youll lose oil pressure. Oil pumps arent that dear when you add up the cost of an engine rebuild after the pressure goes
