Default Possible piston slap on my classic?

I've read some posts regards piston slap on classic scoobys. Now my noise seems to fit the descriptions but I thought idd do a video and get some feedback if poss. The noise on my scooby does virtually vanish once warmed up.

My classic sounds nothing like that so I believe something isn't right. Someone should be along who can confirm what the cause is.

Sounds like piston slap to me. Pretty bad piston slap, but piston slap none the less.

Piston slap but I wouldn't even say its that bad.
If it's quiet when it's warm I shouldn't worry.
Cold start in cold weather it's not uncommon.

If its a version 3-4, then they do suffer from piston slap and from your video,it sounds like piston slap from cold.
The piston to bore clearance from the factory wasn't particularly good on the phase 1.5 engines and evident from piston skirt scuffing especially on No.2+4 cylinders.

ah ok I thought as much but being a novice scooby owner I thought idd check with the experts. Like I said it virtually disappears once warm and I've tried to blow the car up but to no avail so far! I owned a few early fireblades and they suffered with the same problem though Honda always denied it lol. Only problem is I don't keep cars very long as I get bored fairly quickly and this noise could make the car difficult to sell lol

I have a V3 car too and it has a bit of slap from cold, not just as noisy as yours but the noise does sound very similar. It almost completely goes away when warm on mine too.
