NGK PFR6B are recommended jay
Or PFR7B for highly tuned big power cars

I would always gap them - the "pre-gapped" plugs are quite often out by varying degrees in my experience - I always adjust mine with feeler gauges to 0.65mm.
6's are fine for standard or up to 320ish I'd say.
For more than that use 7's and for big power cars (probably 500+) I think you're looking at 8's for best performance.

Hi Jay

As above PFR6B should be OK for yours needs, depends on mods and depends on the boost, power what are you running and will be running, but usually I recommend to use PFR7B

Hope this help

Thanks,Jura

It's gone in have gone for the PFR6b so thanks for all the help . Have gone for a new pump as well witch is a walbro 255 . Why not it needs to be sevissed so why not add a few bits as you go . Keep it running sweet till feb . Then hoping to get my hark eye . Want it in black . Or White . Not even bothered if it's just a wrx & not a Sti just like the hark eye .
