Default Newage avcs on a classic

Hi lads I can get avcs heads inlet and all pulleys off a mate and I'm in the middle of a 2.1 stroker build can I use these heads if I get the engine loom aswell
Oh yea just to complicate things I've just bought a version 6 compatable Simtek ecu will this run the avc heads
Is it worth the hassle will they make much difference to spool and power
What else might I need to complete the conversion

Your heads will have to match your engine loom, which will have to match your fuse and relay boxes and interior/dash loom which has to match your dashboard so the switches and dials all work and the ecu some of which have different plugs.... Might be easier with your Simtek as a mapper may be able to customise it to run on the existing sensors ect. I would check with the one you are going to use before buying/building anything as there are a few potential issues.

You can't usually just mix and match ecus with different looms and half a loom with a different half... Not without chopping lots of wires and plugs and extensive wiring diagrams and lots of effort and electrical know how.
