enginetuners gt30 hybrid based on a md321?
hey guys,
just bought a blob eye sti running a gt30 hybrid by engine tuner running 429 bhp and 460 on meth, just wondering if the gt30 hybrid is just the core of the gt30 in a 321 housing, some conflicting info when browsing the forums.
turbo is in standard position, wondering if the turbo will have any more power left in it or if I should sell it and think about a 321v or sc460.
thanks
James

Of course, I remember that car. Very nice car as it happens, and well looked after.
That turbo is an early one. It may be possible to get more out of it, but that's where the details come in. I'll talk to Martyn when he's back on Monday (The git has a couple of days off..) The chances are he'll have some feedback on that one.

Appreciate the feedback , it's been for a rebuild since then but not sure if it was upgraded , I have a invoice if you need invoice number , edu has been upgraded too to alcatek version .
What's your next turbo up to suit 500 on the 2.0

To be right up there, I'd be going for an S206 billet, which is a different unit altogether.
