dont waste your time with ebay crap, get a seond hand sti newage one, but more to the point why are you upgrading unless you are increasing the power with a turbo change etc,its not really needed

Sorry mate . 1994 jap import wrx . Got 440jets . Getting Ecu sorted soon .
So upping power from 260bhp to 300 . Think my one is standed TMIC .
Am doing the air intake from drivers side this weekend . On eBay for fog covers so it don't look bad . One fog light lol. Am doing little bits to the car as I sold my nos kit do got a little bit of cash to spend . But must still look like a sleeper classic .
& I've got all the handling & brakes done all ready .
Have only got a few hours left on eBay on some things I am looking at

you do realise an induction kit is nothing like an intercooler dont you??

an fmic is the best solution but as said before unless you are running more power its a waste of time.

Yer I no mate . At mo I am just trying to just get air in to the engine bay . What do u think of the other one . It's a bit more £ but I could get it . Just would be nice to no what would fit out of a newer car I.e sti as long as its a up grade and give me a little bit more .
Or if I have to make a new age one fit how much work is involved

The arc is the best one and bolts straight on without modding

Hi Jay

Please as above I would choose only ARC,those are best or please have look on this thread

https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...r-classic.html

But still I would go down the route of FMIC on classic

Thanks,Jura

Upgrading to New age TMIC you will gain,WRX TMIC should be no problem to pick up,those cost little money and those TMIC should support 350bhp,beyond that STI TMIC or FMIC is only way,I know you are don't want to go route with FMIC

You will see how you get on there

Thanks,Jura

It's the intercooler under tray, if you change to a bigger topmount you need a bigger undertray to give the most airflow to all the ic
