Default Maf I'd problems

Hi everyone. Cars a classic version 5 and had a maf with 7605 on as the id number. Car ran well but needs replacing . Only trouble is that I enquirer about a new one and ,so far, no one has been able to come up with a match ,although,to be fair, numbers of other mafs were given but , I don't want to buy one for it not to work. Wondered if one of you guys have a maf that I can try that's known to be working , that I can either buy ,or take Id numbers off. I'm south Birmingham based and I'll travel but I need it sorting. Thanks in advance

Yes thanks for that , but already looked at that item . I don't want to buy anything unless I know 100% that it will work. I really need one or a handful I can try till I get the match. Bit hit n miss I know but I can't afford to throw cash away if it don't work. Thanks again
