But after a few mins it go's . But all way the next day it's back again . I no it's the matrex that's gone and even I small hole can make this happen . But as u no it means taking the dash out 1/2 day job .

Hi this heater thing is not right today the mist only come in the vents for a few sec then it was gone . And the heater worked fine . Any idea on this.
& do u think this rad fix stuff will work . And how do u do it . Run the car for say 10 mins then put the heaters on full and making sure it's on the front screen . Then put the fans on full . Plus do I just put it in to the red . So undo the metal cap then pour it in. P.s the over flow by the battery shod that have water in I.e top that up as well or is it not ment to have water in till things go wrong.
Sound like I don't no much about this and u will be right . This is my 1st Subaru

Empty some water out of the header tank on the manifold start the engine with cap off. Warm engine up to operating temperature. Pour in half the bottle top up replace cap. Heater on and run at fast idle for ten minutes. DO NOT PUT ANY IN EXPANSION TANK NEXT TO THE BATTERY. Job done. Yes the bottle next to the battery should have coolant in it fill to max mark.

Radiator is aluminium, would assume the heater matrix is also. The heads and the block are aluminium.

What do you thinks going to the water galleries?
