So on my project build I have had to change the whole wrx car loom to an sti one which I got from a version 8 and my car is a version 7, a few of the plugs were different like the fans so have now changed them for version 8 fans now am gotting that fault code and they dont cut in at all but I have tested them and they work.

Has anyone come across this fault code or problem before that code shine some light on the problem, any help would be great

 

From other forums it sounds like the relay for the fans might be bad. I would google the fault code and do so reading
