Hi all, I have a fully decatted wrx 2002, How many cats and where will I need them to pass the mot emissions?

One in the up pipe, one in the down pipe and one in the second cat pipe....... You only need the one in the downpipe for the emissions but you need them all in for the MOT as all factory cats have to be installed. A friendlier/less knowledgeable garage will pass it with the cat in the downpipe only.
