Default My00 plugs and gap

Can someone tell me what plugs are best and what gap for my00 v reg scooby please. General consensus is 6.5mm and NGK just not sure which ones. Cheers guys.

i fitted NGK PFR7b's there when getting may car tuned, runs very nicely
around £30 or so on ebay

I have NGK R PFR6B in am just gaping them now

Well if you gap them to 6.5mm yer fooked, its 0.65mm

6b plugs are grand though for anything up to 300bhp

Lol yeh sorry 0.65mm lol. They were at 0.78 so gapped them to .0625 and seems to have picked up. Still some hesitation so will see how this maf sensor courtesy of burt2000 from here and see where to go next. Cheers all
