Currently in for breaking, bug sti uk in 08v, rebuilt engine, new exhaust system, ecutek licensed ecu,

hi can i have first dibs on spoiler is it genuine with the upper removable panel under top fin...

Hi Stevie, yes it's genuine bud but not sure what you mean about removable panel under top fin? It has removable panels either side at the base to access bolts that join the two halfs and also the panel that holds the brake light in is removable. Cheers

hi on theblobeye ones ive seen if you look under the top fin there is a panel held on with phillips screws where you can attach wing stiffies!

Who did the rebuild and to what spec, any idea on miles etc ??

It's a standard rebuild Matty by API, 30 odd k covered since rebuild £800 delivered

Can anyone explain why so many V8 seem to have had rebuild even tho the engines are suppose to be of high standard. Maybe interested but why the rebuild?

Un-mapped mods, wrong fuel, poor/lack of oil and or servicing, tired oil pumps. They are a far superior engine to a classic ej20 but when mis-treated they will still go wrong, beauty of them is they will happily run 400+bhp all day long provided no corners are cut and everythings is mapped properly.
