Sorry for the late post, I've been a bit busy this month. I hope that nobody is flooded and all our members have not been to disrupted by this awful weather.I must warn anyone who attends the meets using the back roads to the pub that if we have a big downfall the river could flood and make the roads unpassable. I will try and keep you updated but as far as I know, at the moment they are still clear.
So on to the 2nd meet of 2014. Thank you to Rob for the latest flyer. Our January meet was a great start to hopefully another great year, with plenty of cars attending and a great atmosphere, the weather managed to stay dry for us as well, all be it very cold. Please remember though we have plenty of room and warmth in the pub, and food and warm drinks are always available for anyone who is hungry. Let's see if we can keep the attendance up with plenty of cars turning up, including plenty of newbies.
Again we can use it to discuss any upcoming events or shows that anyone is interested in attending with the club.

The family owned pub offers fresh home prepared food hot & cold (food is served from 12 - 2pm) as well as a nice children friendly area for all the mini Esoc members.

Now the boring part. Please dont act in any form of stupidity i.e testing your exhaust loudness, donuts, burnouts etc. Any one caught or been reported to acting in this manner will be dealt with in certain ways which can lead to being asked to leave the venue. SN accepts no responsibilty for anyones driving style.

This weather don't help every time I go out to do something to her it rains and if it's not raining than its birds flying over and using the car as a target I've had 6 scoobys and keep going back even tho every time I sell one I think why did I get rid of it - so don't sell it mate

I was pleasantly surprised by how many people turned up in the end and the weather was lovely It made for a nice drive out in the ol' girl- so much more enjoyable than the wind and rain of late!

Lovely day and a very enjoyable meet. I have started a post for the curry in aid of Lockey,
the little lad who has leukemia.
My wife mentioned it and a few people seemed interested.
