Southend old boy?
Can someone tell me who the old boy is who sits on his brick fence in southend waving at the scoobies when they drive past?

He used to always be out there with his wife but haven't seen her for few months 
At one point they were presented with pink ESC shirts and sometimes posted on here under the name Wallwatchers, they took a video of all the cars going past once and posted it

Just read those threads about them, what a nice bunch u r! It's pretty cool as he must love u lot belting past and for u to stop and give him stuff for his dedication is pretty awesome
