Correct, but VBulletin has add-ons, one of which is a 'read PM's' add on.

I am not saying that SNET has it, but if any forum uses VBulletin, it is possible .... I know, I own a forum using VBulletin and it is available

there was a bit of a to-do at the Hull Scoobs site a few years ago with the mods reading PM's and having a sort of "forum within a forum for a select few".....allegedly.

Something has happened on here before (before IB bought out SNET), where spmething had been discussed via PM only), and certain things had got out

That said, that was before IB, and I have always been careful using PM's since.

I have said, I DO NOT say it has happened since IB took over, but something did beforehand .... It may still be in the AdminCP, and if so, I'd suggest it is removed if it is.
