STEVE121278 scammed me on ebay
i bought a set of spotlamp covers over 3weeks ago and i havent received, i got in contact with him and said i havent got them, then he said its not down to him its down to roymail. i stated my dealing was with him, e then agrred to give me a refund and he has told ebay he has refunded me and he hasnt so i emailed stating you have refunded me and he said not my problem, so i told him i have spent an hour on the phone to ebay and paypal and they said he has made no attempt to refund me, so i emailed him stating he is rather sad to con me out of £22 and he just wrote back to me 'ahh bless'
so i want to know if any1 has any details as to where is located as i know from a couple of mates in rayleigh that he lives in that area, but i would just want some1 to have a freindley word with him to pay me back my money coz im realy getting narked with this bloke.

Okay, he has changed info on here, but he cannot change the 'cached' info on Google

I got ripped off for £10.98 recently on ebay for some pre-FL classic headlamps. Ebay and paypal were about as much help as nothing. Not much you can do but swear at the screen and keep bugging him via any media possible not alot of money but you still feel aggrieved

Well seeing as your that good at finding info out, can you find my google mail user name i've got 2 and i need the one set up from my mob and my pass word as i've locked my phone out
and need this info to unlock it and T mobile don't know either
As for the scammer grow a pair and pay up

If not make contact with the local police office and tell them you want to update their intelligence. Tell them briefly about your bad experience and that the car VRN .......... is taxed but not insured. Ask for an e-mail address and confirm by e-mail.
If the police are on the ball and they certainly are here, the car and owner will be checked out and if the car is not insured the police will look out for it and run past the property regularly.
No insurance and on the road = confiscation.
I had an incident with what I took to be four Albanians very recently at 17:15 in the afternoon in Darlington which is County Durham. After a bit of a confrontation they took off but I had the VRN which was reported to the Police. Within 2 hours I had a phone call telling me the car had been stopped in Cleveland County and 20 minutes later a visit from the Police. They were Romanians, the car was confiscated and crushed and the Police dealt with various matters suffice to say last I heard the guy was in doing porridge with some of his mates and other matters were disclosed. The main guy tried to claim he only came in to the country the day before but they were living at a particular address in Middlesbrough which I happen to have and it would appear to be a communal address for Romanians and amongst other things they were involved in sitting driving tests on behalf of other people.
Not nice dropping people in but if they want to dish **** then obviously they deserve some back.
