Default Things are looking good - VERY good!!

I had my 3 month probation review and it was absolutey glowing!!

Some of the words were "You have far exceeded our expectations" and a very competant engineer who will be a great asset to the company, you've completed the projects we have given you and considering you haven't worked with refridgeration before, you're very quick to learn"

To say I was grinning from ear to ear was an understatement!!

Was talking to the director today and he said that as the company expands, so will your position!!!

After the **** at calor with the back stabbing from so called friends and the broken promises etc from sharpfibre, I feel totally at ease and am thoroughly enjoying my work!!

I personally think that the next 2 years at "The Noisy Drinks Company" will be very interesting and have joined at just the right time. I'm on salary so don't get paid overtime but it's proving to be a great company to work for and I'm actually not bothered about that one little iota!! For the first time in years, I feel like part of a team!!

Did I mention I love my job

Thanks people, it's hard work especially as all the freezer units are coming back for servicing and rebranding!

Got my Christmas do next weekend and we still don't know where we are going!
To top it off, we have got to wear lairy bobble hats, the lairiest one will win a prize!
