A picture is the same way as in a normal post. Image host like Photobucket then use [img] [/img] either side of the URL.

ScoobyNet Plus Subscription gives you the ability to upload & attach images, or other attachments to your posts. Not sure if that's supposed to work in the PM section. 
I am only a Blue full member so don't get the uploader.

i get few pics sent but dont have an option to send attachment on pm,
i using a mobile to write this, but even on me laptop its the same,
maybe i have to ask tiny?
