Well I've spent the day with Romanians , Bulgarians & any other eastern European migrant worker's that we wish to let into this country & work for peanuts

Oh don't mate, my company employs a fair few Polish labourers!!

I went to Shepard's bush when they were building Westfield shopping centre to do some maintenance work and when I signed in at the booking office the first thing they asked was "Do you speak english"


St George's Day should be a bank holiday!!

e are able to celebrate St. Patricks day ..... But not St. Georges, The UK really needs to re-think this anti-British attitude !

couldnt agree more nate, bet half the country didnt even know it was st georges day.

good to see though that some counties/boroughs are starting to do more to celebrate it

no problem celebrating an England day, but it would be
nice if the saint was ENGLISH rather than an Arab who
never even visited England.

How about Churchill or Nelson day (nothing to do with
insurance for the under 40's)
