Could be up for some rides.

Was going to do the London to Southend but it clashes with our holiday unfortunately.

Slim, as per our chat last night, when are the bikes coming out then?

Think 20 mile straight off might be a bit much for me

You need to change to Road slicks lol for the 20 miles....I am hoping to go out 3 to 4 times a week and get an extra mile a session...also gonna hit the bike in the gym......Off to DFS to look at a new saddle for mine tomorrow

If I put Mobil 1 on the chain will it go faster...replaced the bell with a dump valve........." get outta the way !!! pppssstttt !!"

Went for a little trail ride along the local sea wall today to see my grandparents.

10 miles off road was nice and gentle

Not interested in doing any road riding guys, bores me and toss on an XC bike. If you do any off road stuff i'll be up for some trails

Odo clocked up over 100 miles in total on her now. Not bad for something i dont do long journeys on

guys, after speaking to someone at work who does club riding etc, he reckons padded shorts are definately a whole lot better than the gel seats.

Yup, can vouch for these, wore a nice pair of Fox Racing chamois shorts today. My seat is a FIZ;IK Gobi which looks like a razor blade. Pretty comfy anyway and fine with my shorts. It will take a while before your sit bones harden to any saddle anyway. Its just a case of grinning and baring the pain and it will get better.

Not fun, but its the only way IMO.
