Thumbs up Annoucement (good news for me!)
Me and the girlfriend have finally managed to get a mortgage sorted out and have just exchanged contracts on a brand new 2 bedroom flat in Colchester. All being well we'll move in during mid November

congrats, IMO buying new is the way to go at the mo - so many good deals around. My nephew just bought a new flat over looking the new olympic stadium at stratford
