turbo jacket ?

hi everyone,
i saw a thread about a week ago concerning turbo jackets and someone had posted a link to cheap ones but as i have a brain like a seive i 4got who it was !!! anyone have any ideas ???

I know, i was thinking more of a duvet rather than blanket... mabe a nice high tog rated one too
