Default ESC Newsletter

I apologise for neglecing this recently. Work has been chaotic recently as our logisitics manager broke his ankle, so I've had to do his job as well as my own. Unfortunately, my director don't like me doing overtime so it's been madness trying to do 2 jobs at once, so much so that by the time I get home, I'm too tired to concerntrate on the newsletter.

The guy is due to be back at work on the 5th and things should get back to normal.

2009 will be a make or break time for the newsletter, by that I mean that I will need everyones support with this by writing articles. I don't want the same people doing the writing all the time, their efforts aren't unappreciated -not by a long shot, but I think it's unfair that it falls on the same people.

As I've said before, I want to take the newsletter forward, and if Georgem's offer of doing the printing still stands, I seriously think it will be beneficial to the club.

I maybe selling the scoob and trying to get a Mk2 Escort, but I still intend to be active in the club regardless.

Don't be shy, put your fingers on the keyboard, let your creative juices flow and write something!

In a grim attempt to help out, im happy to do an article on "other ESC pursuits", giving memebers a valuable insight into life beyond Subaru's!!!

It's still club related and might give readers something other than "which dump valve, and what exhaust should i buy?"

The offer is always there, just let me know Paul.

Or, i'm quite happy to do a "3 years and going......." article on my findings in the club, life with a classic and how it all started !!

as i said, anything to keep this publication going..>!!!!!

With all the new members should we start to do the "member profiles" again? I'm happy to do that

Dazza, by all means mate, either will be fine as it's very quiet on the events side at the mo. I'll happily admit I'm wrong in banning certain subjects - as you say some things are very much club orientated and the ESC isn't just about Imprezas now

Ms Gooner, that sounds good to me - go for it
