Default ESC Calendar 2009
Right looks like we'll have one for next year. No messing about. If you want one you pay up front. Cost appears to be around £6 - £7 (but tbc) for a desktop size calendar with £1 to EAA from each one sold.

if you want to submit a pic put your name down on an available month. We're tight on time for the 2009 calendar so perhaps best to do a first come first served basis on getting a pic in. If we get enough then we may have to have a quick vote or you'll just have to wait and see if you get in it.

Matt can we stick to first come first served on the entrants?
If anybody else would like a copy they can pay up front to reserve one, otherwise this will just impact on the time we have to print this off.

Who will be collecting monies at the Lodge tonight? As I'll pay for mine and its out of the way

forgot to add have you a preferred e-m addy for the pics?

Yup will be at the lodge but only breifly. it's my nan's birthday today so will be a bit of a flying visit. But we don't know the exact cost yet. That's where Dazza comes in.

UPDATE:
Guys / Girls, these are going to be flip over desktop format and will be fairly small (210mm x 95mm) you know type



cost about £5.00 each.

the actual photo will be about 100 x 50 mm i guess, so quite small, but i think they would look cool and a bit more practicle than behind the door types!!!

I will need all your pictures in by Sunday 30th November 9pm
images need to be 1300 pixels x 800 pixels in jpg format.

if you need help resizing images, give them to me asap (ie before sunday!!)
pictures should be emailed to me at dwcsystems@gmail.com

any questions email me also

there are 12 spaces in total and the cover !!!
