How many bikes
Crikey
Getting onto A127 at Basildon earlier - 4/5 bikes jumped the lights (blatently) I think they thought it was more of a give way than traffic signals - anyway - seems they were making their way onto the A127 to join the other copious amounts - hundreds upon hundreds of bikes all coming off at Rayleigh (A130). Not sure where they were giong - made an awful mess of the roads though - thoughtless lot traffic jams all over the place ha ha ha. Saw a sign later - think it was something to do with the Essex Air Ambulance
Anyone else see them?

However, I must say - it did look very well organised - although, WE at the ESC are much more considerate to other road users when we convoy - "lanes" went out the window LOL - it was everyman man/woman/bike for themselves

There were loads of people on the A127 - outside the Dick Turpin and Fortune of War - people on bridges etc - so I figured it must've been a publicised event (just figured I hadn't been looking in the right places LOL)
Defo something I'll look out for next year though

Chap in my department is the Ford Rep to the Essex Air Ambulance, spends about a year organising it for the next year..... a lot of dedication!
