DUE TO A TOTAL ***** UP BETWEEN AUTO TUNNER AND BRANDS HATCH TICKETS WILL NOT GET TO ME TILL THURSDAY.

THIS BEING THE CASE I WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO GET THEM OUT TO EVERYONE IN TIME.

I WILL BE AT BRANDS FOR 07:00 AND NATALIE (THE WIFE) WILL STAY AT THE MAIN GATE TO GIVE ALL STAND PASSES AND ENTERY TICKET BY HAND.

WHAT I WILL NEED YOU TO DO IS PLEASE BRING WITH YOU YOUR BOOKING CONFREMATION SO SHE CAN CHECK YOU OFF AGAINST OUR LIST.

PLEASE CAN YOU ADD YOUR NAME BELOW TO LET ME KNOW YOU HAVE READ THIS AND KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.

Surely it is possible to either drop the tickets off or get them to someone who is meeting at Thurrock. (Brian lives near Thurrock for a drop off? )

Meeting at brands at 7.00 am is just not necessary, and not everyone will be OK with such an early meet.

Not a problem for me, we'll be in the Pits by 7.00.

Hi Wimpy

Is there a chance I can come down on Friday to collect tickets for people meeting at Thurrock ? That way you dont need to worry about a few of the cars & also less time hanging around at Brands for whoever has been kind enought to volunteer. Just a suggestion understand if it cannot be done this way.

If you want to come to Buckinghamshire friday evening to collect them and everyone is ok with that then it's your call. The wife is ok to stand at the main entrance to hand them out.

Slight issue ..... I know it sounds like not an SIDC issue, but I'm now going to some how stay on the gate to give my tickets out when the people turn up.... trying to get everyone to go down in convoy is a nightmare....

may be a few non-scoobys in the convoy down.....

Can't I leave tickets on the gate for others?
