Race of Champions 14th December......
I know it's early, but tickets are on sale now and if booked by the end of July you get 20% off.
ROC Homepage
Who fancies going?
If I get enough serious interest (and money up front) I'll do a group booking (Max 10 people, will see if we can get more) and maybe a minibus too.

I went to this last year, was a really good day, would recommend it
Especially as the cheating German did not win.
Watching D. Coultard doughnuting his Red Bull, with only about 0.5 m spare at each side was pretty amazing.
Then some fruitcake in an evo did the same whilst sitting out of the drivers window, untill you could not see him for all the tyre smoke.
The racing was pretty good too.
Less than 1/2 full last year, and very cold. (Well that was my excuse for keep going inside to the hospitality

Looks like I might need to try and get a bigger booking than 10.
Which tickets do we want to go for?
£151.20- Mind if I sit on your lap Mr Schumacher
£88- near the front but not very elevated
£60- a bit further away
£44- 1st floor
£28- front part of 2nd floor
£14.40- Oooh look at those ants driving toy cars down there.

I think I was in the front of Level 2 last year (Club Wembley Seats), the view from here was good. TBH, I don't think you want to be too close to the front, otherwise you will not be able to see all of the circuit, there is a big raised section in the centre.

So, we're aiming for the £44 entry
Will make some enquiries tomorrow about coach hire, and whether I can group book more than 10 people
Neil, Can you remember what time it finished last year? (Coach firms will ask for estimated times, for pricing.)

Brian, sorry can't remember exact times, it was not a late finish, late afternoon, maybe early evening.
We parked the scoob in one of the nearby 'official' car parks, think it was £6. Guy was still there when we got back, so was 'secure' I guess.
