A12 - new ruling?
Did I miss a new bylaw that states you cant use the inside lane of the A12?
I use the A12 everyday to work and it seems that the inside lane is used by around 10% of the traffic and the outside lane hogged by the remainder 90% without any concept of moving over when they have completed their overtaking.
And while we're on the subject of the A12, the drive home is a mecca for people using mobiles while driving

If u was allowed to undertake on A roads like u can in the USA then the A12 would flow so much better, like whats been said the inside lane only ever gets used when people filter on then all the buggers do is straight to lane 2 and clog it up even more than it was before.
Needed 3 lanes for at least 10 years and gets worst everytime i go on it

I think it is a British thing! I drive quite a bit in France and Spain and the lane discipline is so good it is a pleasure to drive over there, so much so, I would emigrate if the wife would come with me!

There was a car this morning doing under 50 in the middle lane with NO traffic on the inside.
Felt like giving him the Bird and the horn but didn't!
I think it's got worse over the last 10 years! Something to do with an influx of migrants perhaps! Bringing bad driving habbits?!?!
