Got the Rally Bug !!
Well, not long been home from WalesGB and it has to be said i now have the bug.
Had a great time with excellent company from my Wife (Nicky), Brad (Mr BUSH) and his friend Barry, what an excellent and funny guy !
It was nice to sample Global warming at its best. Never before have i experienced three different extreme weather conditions in the space of 20mins. From high winds, too monsoon rain, too hale stones the size of marbles (i kid you not !). Wales at its best i guess !
Managed to do quite a bit from a Forest Stage on Friday morning, to Service at Swansea and then Cardiff Millennium Stadium stage on Saturday and then Podium and presentations today (500yds from our hotel
)
So whats next then to help cure me of this obsession !! Whats recommended for next season ?
Took a whole stack of photos, but here a couple of favourites at the moment until i sort through the rest and put them in my album.
Time for bed now i reckon.

I feel there should be a stewards enquiry to investigate some underhand goings on in the Subaru camp. Maclaren/Ferrari gate has nothing on this.
There must be some rules being bent here.

Glad you had a great time, maybe next year we could arrange a few more to go as we defo enjoyed last.
Me and my fool may also look a visting a rally in Warmer Climates!!

The Millenium Stadium stage was something special too..........
The stadium was graced with the 2 Legacys and the 2 Impreza's driven by Colin Mcrae and Richard Burns even though they had a bit of difficulty getting the Impreza running as Colin Mcrae had hidden the ECU as he didn't want anybody else driving it!
Prodrive had to make one to get it too the event.

.We too are very interested in something a little wider a field (in europe) and certainly warmer than Wales.
Perhaps this could be the start of a new thread ? Time goes by very quickly !

I think the planning in Germany goes like this :-
Guys the rally is about to start or shall we have another beer.
Best get down to the service area for when they return or should we have another beer.
Is it morning yet? Too late for breakfast better have another beer.
Cars? What cars? You mean there were some cars?

The ESC all sound asleep under a cactus wearing sombreros & Oakleys all the worse for wear from tequila.
Then one stirs, opens his eyes & mumbles "Anyone else just see a car go by?
