Need A Flat To Rent & Tractor to Sell
Debs & I have agreed to part so I need to move.
If any of you have property that you are renting and need a tenant let me know.

Sad news Andy. (Been in that position myself)
My mate has a 2 bed ground floor flat for rent in Brentwood (5 mins walk from the station). Empty at the moment.
Let me know if this is any good and I'll get some more details for you.

Thanks everyone appreciate your comments. I was in bits yesterday as was a total shock.
I've been so busy on call outs that this is my first chance to plough through my e-mails.
Not fussed but would like to stay somewhere in South East Essex as this is the area I cover with Mini-PCs. What do you have in mind?

or can you wait till after xmas
i could have some-thing very nice,
3 years old, own drive, own garden, quite big for the rent 51sq mtrs..

I've sat and thought about the location for work and access to the children and really the house/flat can be anywhere between Shoebury and Wickford. However it must have a garden as I need somewhere for my workshop
