My mate has a 2 bed ground floor flat for rent in Brentwood (5 mins walk from the station). Empty at the moment.

I've sat and thought about the location for work and access to the children and really the house/flat can be anywhere between Shoebury and Wickford. However it must have a garden as I need somewhere for my workshop;)
