Who over the last couple of days has re hosted all the ESC Mugshots gallery & added & upgraded a few new ones

& even though Not used P/B for over 3 months now, its still telling me ive exceeded my limit.
they have put it down to someone copying a pic & posting it somewhere & other people are doing the same.?
So i have deleted all pics from P/B & ive still exceeded the limit???
