Default Just got myself one of those mobile broadband thingys..

And its really quite good.

£20 per month, no deposit. T-Mobile

Using it right now and its quite quick.

Maybe if i did away with the broadband @ home i could warrant one but other than that dont think i need one.... But then again....

Yup £20 PM

3 mobile do a 1 gig for £10 PM
3 gig for £15 PM
7 gig for £25 PM


My t-mobile is 4 gig

I was looking at one of these a couple of years back, but could not warrant it at the time, especially as the sizes available would have got munched very quickly .

May look into this more now though

they've been around since 3g networks, just becoming more affordable and a great deal quicker.

ok for browsing the web, but not really up to constant downloads. There is also a "fair usage" policy on most networks, which means they can reduce your download rate as and when!!! - worth reading the small print first, thats all..

i personally like being "out of contact" in my job, from time to time. allows me to switch off for a bit, so to speak!!!
