Default Colin McRae Helicopter Crash

I'm sure many of you have already seen this BBC NEWS | Scotland | Glasgow and West | Four dead in McRae copter crash

But for me Colin was THE rally driver. As a man in my twenties wishing i could be doing what he was...... he was a phenomenal driver!
It's another great loss to British Motorsport...

Devestating news, another motorsport legend checks out. this one's hit me even harder than even the Senna crash.

To loose Senna, Burns, and Mcrae so early in life is a tragedy.

RIP Colin.

Subaru MUST make a special edition in his honour, not to do so would be sacralidge.

I know its a TAD far but there are a few blokes going to Lanark in Scotland to lay a tribute at his family home...........

Just a shame its so far as it would have been nice to do something like that.

Just seen on the BBC news that there was a "drive" that went past a home, which I assumed had some connection to him - saw about 10 Scoobies, but then it switched away to the newsreader so there could have been many more...

As a Suggestion, Maybe for the next Posers we could each tie a black ribbon to our mirrors and hold a silence, before roaring off in true McRae style?
Obviously the silence wont stretch for the whole of TESCO car park, but maybe if we all face our cars in one direction and stand outside the car for a minute or two?

Or Maybe a Special Meet could be organised, one which we could run every year in honour of him?

Unhappy

Gutted absolutely gutted.
Colin was my introduction to Subaru and it didnt matter what car he had, he always drove the rims off it, to my delight.

RIP Fella you will definately be sorely missed

Definately have to do something to mark his passing, this is a massive loss to motoring never mind the Subaru community.
