De-tangoing Headlights
Does anyone know of anywhere that can de-tango the headlights on a blob STi at "reasonable" cost?
Seen a video on it, and have decided I won't even contemplate trying to do it myself, so wondered if there is anyone in essex who can do it?
'Cos I work late mid week, it will have to be somewhere open on a saturday to get it done (preferably in the mornings), which makes it harder to find anywhere !
Any suggestions?

TBH most people do it themselves. There has been the odd offer on SN by private individuals in other areas to do it for friends or for people local to them but nothing formal.
You could try a body shop type place like ABW.
I did my own but when I was doing it I thought there is no way I would like to do someone elses. Mainly because if you do even accidently mess up it would be expensive to put right. I used a hair dryer not the oven method.
As Frayz says, it's not so much hard as fiddly. And if you get any mastic on the reflectors it would be a pig to get off. Also you need to be confident that you re-sealed it water tight when you put it all back on the car.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

I had mine done (when I had a blob) by Charles, STi_Lad
He doesn't come on here no more, but I know he still does stuff for people. He's just over the dartford crossing

I would love to get mine done and like looie i know i would make an **** of it (no patience and big hands you see) Would quite happily pay or give a fellow ESC member a crate of beer to do mine, so if you do find someone who can do it please give me a heads up (or vice versa if i find someone!)
