Default Well She is back from mapping...

Christ its fast

Pulls like you would not believe to 7500 revs, scared the life out of me to be honest on the drive back.

Going back in soon, as mapping is unfinished, "more to come"

Saving very hard for new brakes already

Zak will give you a road dyno graph, these in general are more accurate than a RR.

Is Zak away? That would explain why I can't get hold of him.

Need to pay him a visit before Germany and I'm running out of time!

If been waiting for a reply regarding finishing my map off next week.....

I'm worried as the frt mount and Cold Air Induction goes on this weekend and my "safe map" may not be valid anymore?

I'll be driving miss daisy until I see Zak.....

Ian,

personally I would try to co-ordinate the fitting of the frt mount and the mapping. The FM is a big change and I would not want to run it without it being properly mapped.

But best to talk to Zak to confirm the above.

As you said to Luke the other day, paying customers should come first
The scope of works on their car was complete as scheduled however it has since become apparent that the head gasket had failed and the engine needs to come out to rectify this. The time required to complete this is unscheduled and will have to take place around those jobs already booked in to complete the car for this coming weekends event.

Dave, Luke was working on your car Friday whilst I was making my way to Scotland, I'll call you tomorrow to let you know his progress.

Ian, last I heard you wanted me to fit the FMIC?
Do not fit the CAI unless the car is coming straight to me, the front mount is not really an issue but the APS CAI screws the MAF readings which is asking for trouble running without an appropriate map.
