I know, cant belive this hasnt been snapped up yet, its bleeding brand spanking new!!!!

Plugged in once to test, other than that, its new.

These are £160 new. If you already have a defi link meter this will plug straight in.

A must if youre serious about tuning!!!

I can't afford real tuning.....

I've been close to giving up scoobs as I think I could buy a bigger house if I sold it

To know how far you can go with your mixtures. EGT sensor is mounted in the uppipe before the turbocharger. It would be especially useful to you Mike as you do more track work than most.

Excessive EGTs will see you melting valves in no time and may not even show a hint of det.

My car isnt detting at the moment but i know she is too lean up the top end as during a hard driving session i can push the EGTs to 950 deg C. This is way too much for the load area it occurs and i havent even got onto an Autobahn yet with the WRC boys. This is when the temps go sky high.

So there is a prime example, when my car has no det, all runs fine but i know if pressed hard i could damage it.

Something to think about IMO. EGTs are very important, almost as important has having a wideband.
