bin it and buy a new one..... actually I mean new used..... You can get a couple of year old good brand wide screen tv for 50-100... max. (mine was 30 off the company noticeboard)

Everyones going LCD, but CRT image is better imo.....

Thats weird does it have built in freeview, and can you swap to the AV inputs ok?

FYI A quick test of your remote/batteries turn on the camera on your phone point the remote at it and press the buttons, your camera can see the IR output from the remote and you will see it flashing

Does that work? I thought the phone camera's had an IR filter.

Bit of a long trip out for our bloke as he lives in Colchester. If u can get it up to me @ either West Mersea or Colchester then i can get it sorted for ya M8. It'll obviously mean leaving it with me but if your willing to do the travelling it'll get done

Difficult to give a opinion on cost till we get it in and have a look. We'll not charge ya to give u a price and diagnosis of whats wrong and the costs involved to fix it.

If your gonna bring it down Tuesday thats cool i'll be here all day.

Company is Anglian Electrics. 52 High Street. West Mersea co5 8je 01206 382188.

Don't mention the "ESC" discount when you bring it in.

Boyd.
