Default Friendly MOT garage needed

My MOT is due this week but I have a problem as Im Decatted (106GTi) So basically is there anyone who knows of a friendly MOT garage that would be able to help me rather than have to buy a cat section ?

You can pm to protect the garage if you wish

Many Thanks

As far as i am aware, all MOT garages are now linked to a mainframe server......so even the "freindliest" of test stations may not be able to help you. I think its very hard to "beat" the machine, i recently had emmisions trouble on an MOT and my man (very freindly) said there is not a lot he can do, although he did mention there are a couple of tricks, one of which got me through! So be prepared, you may have to cat yourself up?
But others may be able to "poo poo" this theory.

I was one of the ones that Setup the MOT test station Computers/Servers when i worked for my previous company and still have my I.T Enginners MOT Card to get into all areas of the system to change stuff

I normally stick the Centre cat back on takes about 1/2 hour MOT it and then change it back again

No matter how smart the computer system it still can't tell which exhaust pipe the sensor is stuck up!
