I have pm'd you a couple of times but have got no reply.

My father has still not recieved the Reversing Camera even though you say it has been sent last saturday.

If you have sent it please can you send me the recorded delivery details so I can chase it up, ie the address its been sent to and the insurance slip so I can track it.

if you havent sent it, thats fine, but please send it asap and let me know by which method.

Thanks.

James.

The point is due to the volume of post at Christmas, things do get delayed a little.

I buy and sell things on Ebay, and it's been a nightmare the last few weeks.

he agreed to send the items 2 weeks ago, but he says he was kicked out of his home, he then promised again to send it the following saturday, he confirmed to me on here that he had sent the camera/screen at that time. we had already agreed that he would send it via special delivery so they were insured and trackable, at the latest the camera would have arrived saturday (yesterday), I had this confirmed by Royal mail.

you will see I posted this message originally at 10.30 yesterday, just after the postman had been.

I am as unreliable as the next bloke for sending stuff and I will openly admit that, but I never say I have sent something when I havent, it just makes you look stupid and clearly a liar.

I havent come on here for an argument, I just want what my father has paid for.

Agreed, I'm not sticking up for Fish as I don't know the situation either, only suggesting the postal delays, as I've had a recorded letter sent to me on the 22nd Dec and it only came yesterday

there was a 4-5 day delay on the Post this year. & that was 1 week before Xmas, the week leading up to Xmas it was back to normal.

I do hope it didnt go missing in the Post as they do higher Casauls (sp) & they can be Light fingered sometimes.
Baz

p.s sorry if this thread has settled down.

If Fish has been thrown out of his home then he is probably in a very poor state of mind and may not have the paperwork to give to shaggy, but either way

A) say you havent sent it
B) come up with another explanation

Silence in these situations just causes suspicion and inflames things.

Fishuk Fishuk is offline
Scooby Regular

Last Activity: Yesterday 15:46

I have pmd him several times so he got those yesterday and obviously chose to ignore them.

so if your reading this mr fish, if the reversing camera isnt here by wednesday (which I think is very fair) or if I havent heard from you in that time, I am going to claim my money back from the credit card company, not paypal.

consider what will happen if this happens.

I've seen FISH and he was not in a great frame of mind, His personal life has affected him greatly and he is trying to sort this out. He does have limited access to a pc but not always him as staying with family so they sometimes are logged in as him.

still not arrived, has anyone talked to fish?

what would you do? should I goto the extreme of claiming the money back from the cc company, if he is genuinly having problems I dont want to add to that by having a credit card company chasing him up, and possibly going to other extremes.

but saying that its not hard to send a pm and just explain, or tell me when it will be here?

I'd be patient a little longer, as Tiny has said he may not be punctual but he doesn't have a reputation for ripping people off to be fair to him. Given his apparent personal problems at the moment I'd say another few days is reasonable.
