wisdom teeth:(
I cracked a wisdom tooth last week,and it freaking hurts!! finally got in to the dentist today (haven't been for 16years!!!) and it turns out, the crown has disintigrated and have to be completely knocked out so they can cut the gums etc to remove the ba$tard, if they try to pull the tooth, it would collapse in on it's self making the op worse (it's that weak)
also, need to have 1 small filling, and having my teeth cleaned (as I can't be bothered with a tooth brush
)

You'll be fine i'm sure. at least you will be put out , I've had 3 out( 2 at the dentist and 1 at hospital) and was awake for all of them and a hate dentists aswell

Only 1 filling aswell after 16yrs don't sound bad at all !
Think i'd want to be put out too

They did say I had beautiful teeth
but needs to be descaled, FFS, I'm not a kettle, what are they going to do, make me suck a calgon tablet?!! PMSL
my other half was full of sympathy, "why are you being knocked out, you're always cutting yourself at work and working on peoples cars, you should be used to it by now"
Must admit, I'm a very nervous patient, and was very glad when the Dentist said I had to have the work done on a general aneasthetic

We go to the dentist every 6 months now. went about 4 weeks ago and she couldnt believe that i had no plaque on my teeth very pleased with myself lol.
Tiny however has got to have a crown and he is not happy about it bless him

I no how you feel mate, i had exactly the same thing done. I was sedated, which was funking awsome!!! Had to have my jaw chizeled away so they could get enough on the brocken tooth to pull it out!!! You'll be eating soup for a few days!!!!
