Petrol prices!
Just filled up at Tescos in Basildon and was astonished by the prices!
Normal Unleaded was 93.9p per litre
Super Unleaded was 97.9p per litre
Sorry if this is another one of those nothing threads (that gets slated to the ground) but i thought it would be of use to some people!

Funny you should say that but when I was filling up the diesel last night, noramlly its 97.7 but it was 94.5!! I was well shocked. In actual fact it made me put another £10 in!!

another place to look is www.petrolprices.com before you go to fill up !! like the site says it will Find the lowest UK petrol price in your area!

a 3-4 price difference is absolutely nothing. The petrol companies use the miniscule drops as a psychological pricing model to obtain more market share.
The only time you'd see a real difference to your pocket is if the government were to drop the tax threshold by 15p (from it's present level of 70+pence per litre) however no government conservative or labour will ever do this so best get used to £1.00 per litre because it's here to stay.
