When you clean your car are you a 5 min quick spit & polish kinda person or are you a full on obsessive 2 or more buckets, 8 hour detailer?
If the latter is true get on to www.detailingworld.co.uk
Its a forum purely dedicated to car detailing enthusiasts and concours boys, ive been using it for a while now and am properly hooked.
I thought i was bad before but now im worse than ever.

What wax do you recommend? I've tried Meguars Gold & also Swissol. Not tried Zymol though.
Getting a really great finish was easier on my black cars. White never really sparkles like the black did.
Have to be careful aswell with white, otherwise the rear bumper turns yellow due to exhaust heat. So I also covered my bumper in loads of layers of wax, in the hope it may prevent it.
Yours is looking great!

Steve whats so great abot this site is that they've proven you can get better results NOT using Zymol/Swissol and other offensively expensive products.
Get on ther and post some pics of the GT3, tell em i sent ya and you want some info on the best kit for it.

Im getting sadder,
Jolly'd up my arches today
these are not exactly detailed just got all the rubbish off,
They could do with some waterbased product to shine them up but i dont have any yet,
I also freshened up my disc bells buy giving them a coat of smooth Hammereite gold.
My Brembos have some chips on them and id like to get some paint to touch them in, any ideas?
Its a really sparkly yellowy/gold finish
Ideally i need new shocks or get them powdercoated, shame they dont look as nice as they feel on the road.
Sorry no before pics as i forgot but heres some afters

Ive had them off today and used every product in my arsenal inc some things you shouldnt use.
They've been left for so long on bare wheels by previous owner its in the metal now.
Dunno whether to paint them or just leave it till i get my new ones
