Traffic Wardens in SouthEnd :(

Traffic Wardens in SouthEnd :(
Me & my family went to southend for the day yesterday,
we got there around 12.30pm stuck about £4 in the metre 5hours!!
went to sea life centre, then for some food,
then spent 3 hours in the ARCADES, we spent a total of around £110 for the whole day, only to get back to the car 30mins LATE to find i was given a TICKET
about 5 mins after my time had ran out?
WAS the traffic warden sitting by my car waiting for it to run out??
seems strange that he/she managed to get there just as my ticket ran out, & only gave me 3 mins le-way,
Im so please the whole day cost me £140, i hope SOUTHEND/ESSEX use this money in a good way??

i so know how you feel... i parked in a parking bay opposite the sealife centre outside room24 as i was decorating it for a friends wedding - it was 7am on a sunday morning and i lifted out a large cannister of helium gas and took it in - put it in the store room and then came outside to move my car to the rear (private parking) BUT had got a ticket must have been 3 - 4 minutes MAX - looked up and down the road and not a warden in site!! - i actually believe they are not traffic wardens but PARKING SNIPERS!!

Southend is a total nightmare for wardens and I think they have it in for scoobys 
!!!
I live in southend and with my old cars in all my 12 years of driving I clocked up one ticket, but in the 8 months I have had my scoob I have got 6 tickets??
WHATS THEIR PROBLEM???
