hi everyone i was just wondering my car has a PSI3 ECU Data Monitor and i was having a look through the settings and one caught my eye which says:
reset E.C.U Command and i was wondering what does this feature do reset the ECU on my car or reset the PSI3 data monitor?

oh ok so if my car has been re mapped before will it erase or effect the remap or anything?
probably a silly question but i don't really wanna mess up my scooby lol

Nope it wont erase any map youve had. It will reset any learnt values that the ecu has learnt and also reset any fault codes

brilliant thanks mate i was looking to change the fuel pump to a walbro 255 will resetting the ecu be ok when i had this done or will my car need mapping again

Also when using my PSI3 ECU Data Monitor to reset my ECU will the car need to be at operating temperature or do i reset the ECU when the engine is cold???
